Cambridge Conference on Electoral Democracy

Like the Cambridge Conference on Electoral Democracy and the south Asian informal workshops, the African workshop is designed to provide an informal venue to explore important questions on electoral democracy in a relaxed and candid fashion, but with a particular focus on issues of common concern to election management bodies in Africa.

The Africa workshop embraces primarily the heads of election commissions from African Commonwealth countries. Invitations may be extended to other African countries where it appears that the workshop may offer some benefit to a wider group.
